👋 MEET ASHLEY & DILLON
VoissTek started the way a lot of good ideas do: two people messing around with something they genuinely enjoy and eventually realizing, “Wait... we’re actually pretty good at this.”
We’re Ashley and Dillon, a husband-and-wife team who have been together since we were 17. Sixteen years, two daughters, two cats, one dog, and an unreasonable amount of technology later... here we are.
💬 ASHLEY — THE TROUBLESHOOTER
Ashley is usually the one behind the messages, remote troubleshooting, scheduling, customer updates, and basically the entire organized side of VoissTek. If your computer is doing something weird and you need someone to help figure out why, you’ll probably talk to her first.
🔧 DILLON — THE TECH GUY
Dillon is the hands-on half of the operation. He handles the repairs, upgrades, cleanings, custom builds, and the actual “please make this thing work again” part.

Spoiler: it’s not to become tech billionaires.
We genuinely like helping people.
Tech repairs and upgrades can get expensive ridiculously fast, and we hate the idea that someone should have to choose between overpaying a giant company or giving up on a device that could still have plenty of life left in it.
So we keep VoissTek small, personal, and affordable. We’ll tell you what we find, explain your options, and let you decide what makes sense for your budget.

Yes. VoissTek provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on completed service.
📍 How does pickup work?
Free pickup is available within approximately 10 minutes of our location. Pickup fees may apply for longer distances.
🛠 Will you repair something without asking first?
No. Estimates are provided before repairs begin. No work is performed without customer approval.
💲 When do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Parts required for repairs or custom builds must be paid in full before they are ordered.
⏱ How long does service take?
Typical turnaround is 1–10 days depending on parts availability and workload.
🎮 What console work do you do?
For your protection, console service is limited to internal cleanings and hardware upgrades on consoles no longer covered by manufacturer warranty. Some devices, such as Steam Decks, may be exceptions.
